REACH has designed four conference tracks with abundant, in-depth informaton to inspire, train and equip your ministry teams to utilize technology, strategize building usage and employ media for growth and impact. Historically, teams that train together are known to have greater impact when implementing the change needed to get their ministry to the next level.

REACH understands that many church roles are cross-functional so we have created sessions that enable communication directors, worship leaders and tech arts to learn together, strengthening team culture and greater understanding of each other's role.

The Church Building Projects and Security track at REACH provides valuable lessons in master planning, financing, site selection and design. Seasoned leaders who have walked churches through evaluating options, planning stages and constructing church facilities share insights and examples for all to glean from. Topics related to safety and security unpack the pressing need for diligence and liability risks.

REACH will help you plan, execute and evaluate your church's communication efforts. Because today's media options have radically transformed the communications landscape for churches, it's important to keep pace with current technology and learn how other churches are using social media, digital media and other methods to successfully inreach and outreach.

The TECH Arts track will catalyze change for tech leaders and their teams by providing a platform for growth, inspiration and exposure to new ideas and opportunities.  Taught by regional and national church and industry leaders, REACH delivers a comprehensive education and training opportunity for churches no matter their size or tradition.

NEW this year at REACH we are also offering these cross-functional team training sessions:

Produced by the international recording label Integrity Music, We Are Worship offers a one-of-a-kind education and training event for the whole team.  Sessions are taught by Integrity Music worship artists and songwriters and who have a calling for leading worship and investing in churches.
