WFX is all about inspiring church communities to fulfill their calling. Our events are known for expansive church team training and highly regarded church leaders, ministry experts and industry professionals who are passionate about educating those on the front lines of ministry today. Both events offer a topical and functional training platform to support the largest national trade show in the House of Worship market.
While both provide the essential educational elements that churches need for them to get to the next level, there are also differences. WFX Conference & Expo is a national event held in an expo center and offers the largest exhibit floor dedicated to the house of worship market while the WFX REACH Conference is a regional event held in a church setting with a sponsor showcase (tabletop exhibits).
Attendees to both events include staff leaders and lay leaders, decision makers and key influencers, executive staff, administrators, building and facilities managers. There are also technical directors and their teams, communications directors, creatives, worship leaders and their teams and more.
All proposals must be submitted via the online form. You can submit for either or both events. Multiple proposals can be entered if there are various topics on which you are qualified to speak, however, each must be submitted SEPARATELY.

WFX REACH consists of 3 primary tracks with supporting sub-tracks:
Sub-Tracks (applicable topics):
Tech Arts – topics include a full array of AVL; broadcasting, film-making, hands-on training
Church Communications – topics include media management, social media techniques, website development, marketing and branding strategy, digital advertising
