I am the Production Manager at Grace Point Church in San Antonio, Texas. I currently oversee all things production for both of our campuses. My husband, Clint, our three children: Carleigh, Connor and Colbie, have called San Antonio home since 2011. One of the first things we asked in helping us find upon moving to San Antonio, in addition to doctors and hairstylists, was a church. Suggestion after suggestion pointed us to Grace Point Church. Our family is thankful to call Grace Point Church home.

Not long after joining the church, I began serving in our Children’s Ministry. My heart for serving quickly turned into coordinating evening childcare and monthly kids night out events. Recruiting people to nurture and teach children about the love of Christ was a constant joy for me. I transitioned from coordinating within the Children’s Ministry to taking on a full time job as the Community Ministry Assistant, to the Executive Assistant to the Senior Pastor, to the Production Manager within our Worship and Creative Arts team. With each role, I have had the opportunity and joy to recruit volunteers to serve in areas that utilize their gifts.

As the Production Manager, I coordinate, recruit, train and oversee forty volunteers. The volunteers, that I am honored to serve alongside of each and every Sunday, are so much more than just people pushing buttons and making things look and sound awesome! As a team, we invest in the lives of our volunteers. We grow as a team by nurturing, by investing in each and every one, by serving alongside each other, by seeking out their individual giftings, and by challenging one another in all areas of our lives. Doing life together is key in investing in our volunteers…our teams…our family within the Worship and Creative Arts Ministry.
