“There is nothing more difficult to take in hand, more perilous to conduct, or more uncertain in its success, than to take the lead in the introduction of a new order of things” – Niccolo Machiavelli
Transitions are rarely smooth and predictable. People resist change for many reasons: reasons like the fear of the unknown, challenging tradition, when there is a lack of trust, and many more. Every organization or ministry goes through staff and leadership changes, crisis, or the need to refresh and innovate. This workshop helps give practical tools to navigate seasons of change well! Michael will dive into assessing your current situation clearly, evaluating where you want your ministry to go, and ultimately how to communicate taking people with you with minimal “collateral” damage. Innovation, growth and change are necessary and inevitable or the ministry will atrophy and be rendered ineffective. This class will spark courage in you and give you practical wisdom to lead well to create good change.
“The ultimate test of leadership is creating positive change.” – John Maxwell
